THREE 3RD YEAR STUDENTS OF DABOASE SENIOR HIGH TECHNICAL SCHOOL DROWN IN RIVER SUBRI IN THE WASSA EAST DISTRICT
The sad report from the Daboase Senior High Technical School in the Wassa East district of western region suggests that three male form one boarding students who are offering Technical Course have been drown in River Subri. The sad incident happened yesterday around 4:00pm.
Listowel Aboagye Dacosta of Wassaman Fm spoke with the District Chief Executive of Wassa East district Hon. Emmanuel Boakye who explained that, the boys numbering 7 left the school without the knowledge of the school authorities to swim in River Subri which is heavily flooded due to the recent continues downpours where three of them were drown.
Their bodies have been deposited at Efiakwanta morgue in Takoradi.
Efforts are however being made to retrieve the remaining one body.
