SICK NURSE RECEIVES GHC 40,000 FINANCIAL SUPPORT FROM GRNMA.

March 30, 2023 Ekumfi District.

Miss Abigail Borketey, an active member and a Senior Enrolled Nurse of Ekumfi District GRNMA, was admitted at Korle Bu Teaching Hospital on account of a complex, life threatening medical condition that required urgent medical treatment.

Leadership , upon notification worked tirelessly to ensure that she receives timely the needed financial support to help lessen her treatment burden.

Miss Abigail Borketey is beaming with joy for receiving financial support from the Ghana Registered Nurses and Midwives Association.

Her heart is filled with joy when her account was credited with GHC 40,000.00 to aid her medical care.

She expresses her profound gratitude to Leadership of GRNMA especially the President Mrs Perpetual Ofori Ampofo and Mr. Felix Hagan the Ekumfi District Chairman for their swift response.

The GRNMA Health fund is a life-touching project by the Ghana Registered Nurses and Midwives Association making sure that life is made bearable even in the most difficult moments.

Let us remember our dear sister whenever we pray for God to grant her healing mercies.

GRNMA will continue to provide the best union services to all Nurses and midwives in Ghana.

Districts of the Ghana Registered Nurses and Midwives Association.

  1. We are grateful to God and our leaders for such an initiative. But my concern is please as the military received free health care with their family, from the government . We nurses and midwife want same from the government. Thank you.
