GRNMA ORGANIZES LEADERSHIP AND CONFLICT WORKSHOP FOR ITS CENTRAL REGIONAL COUNCIL.

The Ghana Registered Nurses and Midwives Association organised one-day leadership training for Central Regional Council.
“He who has never learned to obey, cannot be a good commander”,
The Trainer of trainers, Hon.Edward Baiden Aggrey from Agents for Global Change Consortium reiterated that Leadership and Governance training is everything and he applauded the Association for such bold step .
Leadership as well as Governance is everything that is needed but conflict is an integral part that helps the course of Leadership and Governance.
The workshop aimed at empowering District Chairmen and Secretaries with the requisite knowledge, skill and strategies to help them deal with the conflict and challenges associated with leadership and governance at their various facilities.
The one-day training was provided by Agents For Global Change Consortium as part of the First Quarter Regional Council meeting for 2023.
Regional and District Executives expressed gratitude to the mother Association for the support over the years in ensuring that Executive were armed with needed skills , knowledge and information needed to advance the course of the Association.
The training is part of series of grassroot-based activities to mark the 63rd year of the existence of the Ghana Registered Nurses and Midwives Association.
