MOH AND GHANA HEALTH SERVICE RECEIVE FIRST CONSIGNMENT OF MEASLES VACCINES
Ministry of Health and Ghana Health Service receive first consignment of Measles vaccines, BCG vaccines and Oral Polio Vaccines.
Distribution to various regions and facilities underway.
More vaccines expected in Ghana in the coming weeks from multiple sources.
Speaking at the Annual Performance Review of Cape Coast Teaching Hospital last Thursday 9th March, 2023 the Deputy Minister of Health intimated that there were frantic efforts underway to secure the much needed Vaccines.
Ghana has been hit with vaccine shortage and the arrival of the first consignment has brought much relief as the Country expects more Vaccines in the coming weeks.
