Over 400 NPP delegates in the Twifo Hemang Lower Denkyera constituency of central region have threatened to offer the Twifo Hemang Lower Denkyera constituency parliamentary seat which is currently occupied by the NPP to NDC if the CEO of Exim bank Mr. Lawrence Kwabena Agyinsam does not lead the party into the 2024 parliamentary election.
Speaking with peace News, the public relations officer of “Agyinsam For 2024 Movement” who is also the spokesperson for the over 400 delegates, Mr. Francis Yeboah very well known as Denkyera Kennedy Agyapong said, the contributions of Mr. Lawrence Kwabena Agyinsam in the Twifo Hemang Lower Denkyera constituency is enormous.
He has helped most of the youth in the constituency to get employment in the police service, prison service, fire service and military. He also helped 65 students to get admission into nursing and midwifery training college. All these significant interventions have drastically reduced the unemployment rate and social vices such as thievery and teenagers pregnancy in the constituency.
Francis Yeboah (Denkyera Kennedy Agyapong) also alluded that, only this year, Mr. Lawrence Kwabena Agyinsam also dug 23 mechanised borehole pipes in the Twifo Hemang Lower Denkyera constituency to support the people.
He also supported all the 17 assembly members in the constituency with ten thousand Ghana cedis (gh10,000) to develop their respective electoral areas. So they believe that the Exim bank CEO is the right person to lead the NPP party into the 2024 parliamentary election.
Francis Yeboah disclosed this when Mr. Lawrence Kwabena Agyinsam submitted his nomination forms at constituency office in Jukwa.
