THREE IN CRITICAL CONDITION AT EMERGENCY CARE UNIT OF TWIFO PRASO GOVERNMENT HOSPITAL AFTER A GORY ACCIDENT ON TWIFO PRASO TO CAPE COAST HIGHWAY
At least three persons have sustained serious degrees of injuries in a lorry accident.
The sad incident happened at Twifo Ntafrewaso on the Twifo Praso to Cape high road around 6:45pm yesterday.
According to eyewitnesses, a Toyota mini bus with a registration number; GW 7027-21 which was heading to Cape Coast made a reckless overtaking and had a headon collision with a taxi with registration number; CR 624-20 which was also coming from Cape Coast direction to Twifo Praso.
As a result, all the three passengers who were on board the taxi including the driver Awudu Adamu 32 years, sustained horrible injuries.
The Twifo Atti-morkwa district police command and Twifo Praso Ghana National Fire Service immediately rushed to the scene to help rescue the victims who are currently receiving intensive medical care at emergency care unit of Twifo Praso government hospital.
