Provision of Ghana Card numbers to newborn babies begins March 31st- Gov’t

The Government in a tweet stated that, by 31st of March 2023, Ghana Card numbers would be issued to Newborn babies in Ghana.

This will be another key step in ensuring that all Ghanaians have unique identity.

This announcement, if implemented will be another milestone in the development of Ghana.
