BRIDGING THE GAP BETWEEN TEACHERS AND PARENTS – CAPE COAST METRO PA CHAIRMAN
The Chairman of Parents Association of Cape Coast Metropolis Mr. Abdullah Bin Omar laments these during first ever Association congress at Eyifua St. Marys Aglican Basic School on May 11, 2023.
Speaking at the Congress, he spoke on the importance of bridging the gap between the teachers and parents and the role of the association in ensuring that the gap is indeed bridged.
Chairman further explained that many parents lack communication and personal relationship with their children and this , he said raimans inimical to the better future of their children.
This Association was formed last year Novermber 2022 and one of its core mandate is to educate Parents on the need to look after their wards very well.
The Congress brought together Teachers and Parents to help discuss the welfare and improvements in the overall outcome of teaching and training of their wards.
In all, 80 PA Chairmen and 80 Head Teachers participated in the Congress .
