This is the description of the scene stretching from the University of Cape Coast Clinical Teaching Center (CTC) through Academy Road to the Cape Coast North District Police station.
All these streetlights are not functioning and phone snatching, bags snatching and other vices happening on the stretch.
Nurses, Doctors and paramedics of the Cape Coast Teaching Hospital who ply the road do so with deep-seated fear of not knowing when they would be attacked or robbed.
mcOnline will call on Metropolitan Authorities to initiate action to fix the streetlights.
Residents, as well as Road users cannot wait for Metro Authorities to fix these streetlights only when Afahye ( Cape Coast festival) is drawing near.
Safety is everything if Residents and Road users are to see something and say something.
