ASSEMBLYMAN, HIS SON, AND ONE OTHER ALLEGEDLY SEVERELY BRUTALIZE A 19-YEAR-OLD YOUNG MAN WITH STICKS AND BLOCKS (Video).

The assemblyman of Twifo Bimponagya Electoral Area in the Twifo Atti-morkwa district of Central Region of Ghana Hon. Augustine Quacu, his son Paa Kwasi Patrick and one other person nicknamed Machine are reported to have inhumanely assaulted Kwabena Saah a 19-year old young man with sticks and blocks over ownership of a cutlass.

Mr. Kwao Johnson who is the father of the victim explained that, Kwabena Saah the victim recently had a little misunderstanding with another person in the neighborhood about the ownership of a cutlass so they referred the matter to the assembly man Hon Augustine Quacu for amicable settlement.

The Assembly man then collected the cutlass in contention and told the disputed parties that he would keep the cutlass until he resolved the case before the cutlass would be released to the right owner.

A couple of weeks later, the victim saw that the assemblyman and his son were going to farm with the same cutlass in dispute so he respectfully approached Hon Augustine Quacu to inquire how and why he was using the cutlass without apparently resolving the case before him.

Before Kwabena Saah the victim realized, the assembly man, his son and the other person (Machine) have clamped him on the floor and severely assaulted him with sticks and sand-moulded blocks.

Kwabena Saah is currently receiving intensive medical treatment at the Twifo Praso government hospital.

Meanwhile, the Assembly Man for Twifo Bimponagya Electoral Area Hon Augustine Quacu and his son have denied assaulting Kwabena .
