While we all have these few days as given as public holidays across the world, we hope we are able to use them wisely to get as much rest as we can.
Noticeably, those who care for others most times end up uncared for. We need to practice deliberately the act of self-care, explore every moment you have just to self-love yourself, you deserve every care you can get too.
While it is also very tempting to pick up our laptops to continue where we stopped on Thursday but remember “work is good for mental health but too much of work ruins mental health”.
We wish everyone a restful Easter holiday and we hope we all make this holiday memorable towards our overall health and wellbeing improvement.
