REV. JERRY MARTEY – PSYCHIATRIC NURSE.

Rev. Jerry Martey is a dynamic preacher, counsellor, love coach, humanitarian, nurse, and passionate soul winner.

He is a man of faith with deep insight into divine realities whose ministry has seen amazing signs and miracles in and across Ghana.

He is the founder of FAITHLOVE CHAPEL

He possesses good leadership skills with an extraordinary sense of humour.

His affable character has placed him into several leadership positions.

Currently, he serves as the unit Head of Psychiatry in the hospital where he works, the Head Teacher of Simpa Royals School, District Chairman of GRNMA in Effutu, President of Feed The Sick Foundation. He also serves on different executive boards/ committees within the hospital.

As a young man and a visionary with entrepreneurial skills,

he has successfully established a printing press located in winneba named ZOE publication with 3 thriving branches.

His love for humanity can not be overlooked, This therefore stirred him to start the fastest and most impactful growing NGO named feed the sick foundation.

He is married to Prophetess Josephine Mamele Martey.

Parents
He is the fourth son of Mr. and Mrs Martey.

Educational Background
Rev. Jerry Martey holds a bachelor of degree in Mental Health Nursing obtained from the University of Cape Coast in 2018.

He also holds a certificate in graphic designing from Alison College.

He is an alumni of Ankaful Nurses Training College, Koforidua Secondary Technical School , Asamankese Anum L/A JHS, and Odjardeh L/A primary School.

Ministry & Calling

At age 12, Rev Jerry Martey started having a deep conviction of wholly dedicating his life to Christ. He became very serious with his christian life when he entered secondary school. During his secondary school days, he joined the scripture union ( SU), where he began hearing the voice of God. To broaden his understanding into the word of God, he joined several prayer and bible study groups.

In the nursing field.

Went to Ankaful nursing training college.

He established the psychiatric unit at the trauma and specialist hospital Winneba.

He also serves on several boards in his hospital.

As a designer, he designed the 10th Anniversary cloth for his hospital during their 10th anniversary celebration.

He is a versatile leader who fits into several boards. Due to his hard work and entrepreneurial, he was appointed by the hospital management in 2018 to manage the crèche established by the hospital.

Jerry martey likes mentoring young ones who serve under him.

At the nursing training college, he became the president of the National Union of Presbyterian Students – Ghana (NUPS-G), which was when he noticed the call of God upon his life.

After School He enrolled in the Kingdom Bible and Theological Seminary, where he was ordained a Revered Minister by Bishop George Agban on 7th August 2021.

He is currently the founder and leader of Faithlove Chapel with His lovely wife.

ACHIEVEMENTS ASIDE NURSING

The Feed The Sick Foundation has been able to organize three successful programs in 2018 and 2019.

Over 1,000 patients have been supplied with consumable items whilst on admission worth 15,000 Ghana Cedis
One Patient with Kidney Condition has been supported with 5,000 Ghana Cedis, but unfortunately, he Couldn’t make it.

Babies in the maternity unit of Winneba municipal hospital, trauma, and specialist hospital were supplied with baby products worth 10,000 Ghana Cedis.

Some members of the foundation have also been supported in their education.

Supported a triplet family with items that amounted to over 20, 000, including baby products.

The foundation spent over 25,000 to supply food packages to Ridge Hospital, Swedru Government Hospital, and Accra Psychiatric Hospital.

The foundation aside these achievements has supported several people with different issues.
