CONSTITUENCY EXECUTIVES OF NPP IN TWIFO ATTI-MORKWA CALLING ON OSP AND PAC TO INVITE THEIR MP FOR SQUANDERING A WHOOPING GH335,000.00 ACCORDING TO 2022 AUDITOR GENERAL’S REPORT
According to the Twifo Atti-morkwa constituency communication director of NPP, Mr. Charles Amoakoh, the 2022 Auditor General’s report revealed that, the Member of Parliament for Twifo Atti-morkwa constituency Hon. Theophilus David Vondee should refund a whooping amount of three hundred and thirty five thousand (gh335,000.00) to Auditor General Recovery account with Bank of Ghana which he has transferred into his GCB personal account, High Street branch.

The constituency executives of the New Patriotic Party in the Twifo Atti-morkwa constituency of central region have expressed gratitude to the Auditor General for always publishing report to uncover corrupt officials and institutions in Ghana.
However, they also expressed their disappointment in their Member of Parliament in the area Hon. Theophilus David Vondee.
According to the Twifo Atti-morkwa constituency communication director of NPP, Mr. Charles Amoakoh, the 2022 Auditor General’s report revealed that, the Member of Parliament for Twifo Atti-morkwa constituency Hon. Theophilus David Vondee should refund a whooping amount of three hundred and thirty five thousand (gh335,000.00) to Auditor General Recovery account with Bank of Ghana which he has transferred into his GCB personal account, High Street branch.
The report further disclosed that some of the money according to the MP has been spent to support education in the district but the MP has not been able to provide any invoices to actualize how the money was spent among other unaccountable expenditures he has made.
In view of this, they are appealing to Special Prosecutor and Public Account Committee of Parliament to further probe the MP to ensure financial transparency.
Mr. Solomon Gyabaah a member of the NPP communication team also appealed to the chiefs and the entire residents of Twifo Atti-morkwa to hold the Member of Parliament Theophilus David Vondee to accountable to refund that gargantuan amount of money so that it could be used for the development of the district.
Finally, the Twifo Atti-morkwa constituency youth organizer for NPP Mr. Kwadwo Debra Bekwin also added that their Member of Parliament has done great disservice to the people of Twifo Atti-morkwa.
Meanwhile, the MP for Twifo Atti-morkwa constituency Hon. Theophilus David Vondee said he would respond in appropriate time.
