The Ghana Registered Nurses and Midwives Association received an urgent request from the Nursing and Midwifery Training College, Cape Coast, to come to the aid of one of its trainees who is seriously in need of financial support to help her continue medical treatment at the Cape Coast Teaching Hospital in the Central Region.

The Ghana Registered Nurses and Midwives Association received an urgent request from the Nursing and Midwifery Training College, Cape Coast, to come to the aid of one of its trainees who is seriously in need of financial support to help her continue medical treatment at the Cape Coast Teaching Hospital in the Central Region.
Health support for Nurses and Midwives has been one of the flagship interventions of the GRNMA.
Upon receipt of the request, the President of GRNMA, Mrs. Perpetual Ofori-Ampofo granted the request on humanitarian grounds to help save the life of the Student Nurse – Ms. KellyKlass Kabason Anatua and for her to return to normal life and continue with her training.
Her family and the entire Training College led by the Principal Mrs. Jemima Fati Ackon expressed their gratitude to the President and the entire GRNMA.
Presenting the Cheque, the Regional Chairman Mr Alfred Addy appealed to the student Nurses present to continue having faith in the GRNMA as it the only official mouth-piece for all Nurses and Midwives in Ghana.
The presentation of the cheque was done on February 6,2023.
Mr Addy, you are doing well for your people..Keep going the extra mile to put smiles on the face of nurses in the central region.
