National Cathedral PR must face fault-finding anti-Cathedral elements head-on!
The Public Relations outfit of the National Cathedral Secretariat has been handling issues in a way that is alien to our political dispensation.
As people of God, they have been responding to issues in Christ-like manner; very gentle and not hard-hitting.
In an ideal situation, such a posture would suffice but the fact of the matter is that, the situation they find themselves in is not one depicting paradise.
With humans acting like serpents traveling across the globe with the view to finding information that can tarnish the image of the Secratariat, the PR section must abandon their gentleness and face such anti-Cathedral elements head-on!
Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa is on a mission to not only destroy the reputations of the members of the Trustees of the National Cathedral but to derail the construction of the National Cathedral.
In fact, it is his wish and that of his political party, the NDC, to see to it that the edifice is never built. All the so-called facts he has brought either have defects or they are outright fabrications.
The dangerous aspect of this whole situation is that he never cross-checks whatever he gets out there before going public with same. He just goes out there with his twisted narratives for people to buy into it before the Secretariat comes out to debunk same in a gentle manner.
The Public Relations outfit of the National Cathedral must be aggressive in responding to people who are on deliberate missions to find faults with whatever they’re doing.
They are preaching Christ while Ablakwa is doing politics of lies and propaganda. They are practically fiddling while Ablakwa is using falsehoods to burn Rome. It is high time they left their comfort zone and face this fault-finder squarely.
